CONTRACT REVIEW AND DRAFTING

A contract is an agreement giving rise to obligations which are enforced or recognised by law it is important that all parties know their rights and obligations. The best way to do this is to present them in a clear and unambiguous way in writing.

To ensure you are fully protected and understand what is required of you Elemental can either:

• review a contract you have been given by another party to ensure you understand your rights and obligations to avoid breaching the contract whilst maximising your returns. We can analyse the risks and provide a strategy for dealing with them; and
• draft main contracts and subcontracts to ensure alignment of all aspects and to avoid gaps in the rights or obligations of either party; and
• provide general guidance and advice so that business or projects objectives are achieved.
